Hello, I am Kenny Quattlander, the proud owner and the driving force behind Authentic Air and Heat, Inc. My tryst with the HVAC industry began in the early 1980s when I had the privilege to work with the reputable N & M Heating and Cooling for five fruitful years. During this tenure, I was immersed in the practical field, installing ductwork in newly constructed homes across the picturesque locales of Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice. My hands-on experience spanned across a variety of residences, right from cozy starter homes to luxurious multi-million dollar mansions nestled in the prestigious neighborhoods of our beautiful city.
The 1990's marked a turning point in my career when N & M Heating and Cooling ceased operations. However, this closure propelled me towards further enhancing my expertise. With unwavering determination, I embraced the path of self-improvement and enrolled in night school. After rigorous studies, I earned my coveted HVAC contractor's license for the sunshine state of Florida.
The culmination of my perseverance and acquired knowledge bore fruit in 1995 when I founded what is now revered as Authentic Air and Heat, Inc. This venture was not just a business but a testament to the commitment towards providing unparalleled HVAC services to the community that I am a part of.
